How do I book Seven Star Chauffeurs?

Reservations are accepted by private enquiry through the form on our site. A concierge responds within hours with availability and confirmation, including a reference number of the form SSC XXXX XXXX.

How are vehicles assigned to engagements?

Each vehicle is reserved for a single engagement at a time. There is no shared service. Vehicle preference is part of the reservation form.

Are Seven Star chauffeurs vetted?

All chauffeurs are background checked, trained in discretion, and NDA ready on request.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations may be adjusted or cancelled up to 48 hours before the engagement without fee. Shorter notice changes are accommodated on a case by case basis.

What areas does Seven Star Chauffeurs serve?

Seven Star Chauffeurs serves Metro Vancouver including Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, and White Rock. We also serve the Sea-to-Sky Corridor to Whistler and the Okanagan. Cross-border service to Seattle is available by arrangement.

Vetted through a five-stage selection: advanced driver training, confidentiality certification, reference audit, defensive-driving retest, and personal deportment. Most have served diplomatic or executive protection. All arrive in three-piece.

The Vehicle

Prepared the morning of each engagement. Detailed, fuelled, climate-set, and stocked to your brief. Kept to factory-fresh presentation. Any vehicle showing so much as a curb mark is withdrawn.

The Itinerary

Held open. Your day, revised en route if it must be. A single point of contact accompanies the booking. Routing, stopovers, refreshments, discretion, all coordinated before you ask.

The Discretion

No logo on the vehicle. No chatter about the cabin. NDAs signed as standard when the engagement calls for it. We are an absence you feel, not a presence you notice.
