About Seven Star

What is Seven Star Chauffeurs?

Seven Star Chauffeurs is Vancouver's most exclusive luxury chauffeur service. We operate a curated fleet of six vehicles. Three Rolls-Royce, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, the fully-electric Cadillac Escalade IQ, and a Luxury Party Bus. Each vehicle is reserved for one engagement at a time, with a single dedicated chauffeur for the duration. We do not run on dispatch software and there is no fleet pooling.

Where is Seven Star Chauffeurs based?

We are headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, with vehicles deployed across Metro Vancouver. Our concierge desk is reachable 24 hours a day for reservations. Vehicles are stationed near Coal Harbour and YVR for rapid response.

What makes Seven Star different from a typical luxury car service?

Most luxury car services dispatch from a fleet pool. Any available driver in any available vehicle. Seven Star reserves one chauffeur and one vehicle for one engagement at a time. Your driver is your driver for the duration. That is the difference between a black car and a chauffeured experience.

Are you available 24 hours a day?

Yes. Reservations are taken 24 hours a day, every day. Engagements run on a flexible schedule including overnight, early-morning, and late-night arrivals and departures. There is no surge pricing or after-hours premium.

The Fleet

What vehicles does Seven Star operate?

Six vehicles. The Rolls-Royce Phantom (the flagship). The Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II (the executive flagship). The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge (the signature wedding vehicle). The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 (the executive SUV). The fully-electric Cadillac Escalade IQ (the Sea-to-Sky specialist). And the Luxury Party Bus (premium group transport for up to fourteen guests).

Can I choose a specific vehicle?

Yes. You select the vehicle when reserving. The concierge desk recommends the best fit for your engagement type, but the choice is yours. Pairings between specific vehicles and specific engagements are documented at /pairings/ to help you choose.

How many passengers does each vehicle hold?

Phantom and Ghost: up to 4. Cullinan Black Badge: up to 5. Maybach GLS 600: up to 6 (with two reclining executive rear seats plus a front passenger and a rear bench). Escalade IQ: up to 7. Luxury Party Bus: up to 14 in lounge configuration.

Are the vehicles available for self-drive rental?

No. Seven Star vehicles are not available as self-drive rentals. Every engagement is fully chauffeured, with a dedicated driver assigned for the duration.

The Chauffeurs

Who drives the vehicles?

Every Seven Star chauffeur is selected through a five-stage process. Advanced driver training, confidentiality certification, reference audit, defensive-driving retest, and personal deportment review. Most have served diplomatic or executive protection. All arrive in three-piece attire.

Will the same chauffeur drive me throughout my engagement?

Yes. We assign a single chauffeur to your engagement for its entire duration. Single-day, multi-day, or multi-week. There are no driver swap-outs and no shared dispatch. The same chauffeur learns your preferences and holds the engagement throughout.

Are your chauffeurs NDA-ready?

Yes. All Seven Star chauffeurs are NDA-ready as standard. For engagements requiring formal confidentiality agreements, we execute NDAs before the engagement begins. All chauffeurs are background-checked, executive-protection-trained, and discretion-certified.

Do chauffeurs speak languages other than English?

Several of our chauffeurs are multilingual. Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, French, and Spanish are available on request when reserving. Specify language preferences with the concierge desk in advance.

Reservations and Engagements

How do I book a Seven Star chauffeur?

Reservations are taken through our concierge desk. Use the contact form on the homepage, call the reservations line directly, or email [email protected]. We do not offer online self-service booking. Each engagement is quoted individually and reserved against a specific chauffeur and vehicle.

How far in advance should I reserve?

For weddings and major events, six to twelve weeks ahead is recommended to lock in the Cullinan Black Badge and the Luxury Party Bus on a specific date. For airport transfers, corporate engagements, and hourly charter, 48 to 72 hours notice is typical, with same-day availability subject to fleet availability.

Can I revise the itinerary on the day of the engagement?

Yes. Hourly charter engagements are structurally itinerary-flexible. The route is whatever you decide on the day, and changes can be made at any point during the engagement at no additional charge.

What is the minimum booking duration?

Hourly charter engagements have a two-hour minimum. Single-point transfers (airport, hotel, event) are available without a minimum duration. Multi-day engagements run from any number of consecutive days with the same chauffeur and vehicle reserved throughout.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A reservation deposit secures the date and vehicle. Final balances are settled after the engagement. Specific deposit and payment terms are confirmed by the concierge desk at the time of booking.

YVR Airport and Private Aviation

Do you provide chauffeur pickup at YVR?

Yes. YVR airport transfers are one of our most-booked engagement types. Real-time flight tracking from the moment your aircraft pushes back at origin. Meet-and-greet at International Arrivals with a discreet name card. Luggage handling. Pickup at the private pickup zone or planeside at YVR South Terminal for private aviation.

Can the chauffeur meet me at YVR South Terminal for a private flight?

Yes. We coordinate planeside pickup with all five YVR South Terminal FBOs (London Air Services, AirSprint, ExecAir, Million Air, Skyservice). The vehicle is positioned at the ramp threshold and the chauffeur meets passengers at the aircraft door.

Do you track my flight automatically?

Yes. Real-time flight tracking is standard. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, the pickup time adjusts automatically at no additional charge.

Which vehicle is recommended for YVR airport service?

The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 for executive arrivals, particularly after long-haul transpacific flights. SUV ride height, executive recliners, refrigerated champagne, Burmester audio. The Phantom for ceremonial arrivals where the vehicle itself is part of the welcome.

Weddings

What is the best wedding car in Vancouver?

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge is our signature wedding vehicle. Coach doors, darkened chrome, and the kind of presence wedding photographers ask for by name. The Phantom is the ceremonial alternative for downtown hotel weddings and formal evening ceremonies. Both pair with the Luxury Party Bus for the wedding party.

Do you provide custom wedding livery?

Yes. We arrange livery to match your wedding's aesthetic. Classic white satin ribbons, minimal floral arrangements coordinated with your florist, or no livery at all. Livery is included in every wedding engagement at no additional charge.

Will the same chauffeur drive me throughout the wedding day?

Yes. We reserve a single chauffeur for the entire wedding engagement. From first-look transport to reception arrival, there are no driver swap-outs and no shared dispatch.

Can I have transport for my full wedding party as well?

Yes. The Luxury Party Bus accompanies the Cullinan or Phantom on most full-wedding-day engagements. It provides premium group transport for up to 14 wedding guests, bridesmaids, or groomsmen. Both vehicles are reserved under one engagement.

Whistler and Sea-to-Sky

How do I book a private transfer from Vancouver to Whistler?

Whistler transfers are reserved through our concierge desk. The fully-electric Cadillac Escalade IQ is the standard vehicle. The journey takes approximately two hours direct, or two and a half to three hours with curated scenic stopovers along the Sea-to-Sky Highway.

Are scenic stopovers along the Sea-to-Sky included?

Yes. Curated stopovers at Shannon Falls Provincial Park, the Sea-to-Sky Gondola in Squamish, the Tantalus Lookout, and Brandywine Falls are included in your Whistler engagement at no additional charge.

Do you serve private residences in Whistler?

Yes. Direct-to-driveway service to private residences throughout Whistler. Black Tusk, Whistler Village, Blueberry Hill, Stonebridge, Kadenwood, Sunridge Plateau, the Pemberton Plateau.

Concierge and Beyond the Car

Does Seven Star arrange private jet charter?

Yes, as a coordinated extension of your chauffeur engagement. We partner with vetted FBOs and aviation brokers at YVR South Terminal to arrange private jet and turboprop charter for clients already booking ground transport. We are not an aviation operator. We coordinate the engagement on your behalf.

Can you arrange a helicopter transfer to Whistler?

Yes. We coordinate helicopter charters from the Vancouver Harbour Heliport and YVR South Terminal to Whistler, Victoria, the Sunshine Coast, and remote BC destinations. The chauffeur engagement begins at your residence or hotel and a second Seven Star vehicle meets you at the destination.

Do you organise yacht charters in Vancouver?

Yes. Through partner operators based in Coal Harbour, False Creek, and the Bayshore Marina, we arrange crewed yacht charters for half-day, full-day, and multi-day engagements. The chauffeur engagement covers transport to the marina and pickup at the disembarkation point.
